ADR Infrastructure S.p.A. has included sustainability in its strategic and business policies by applying, realizing its works, the eco-sustainable principles prescribed by the voluntary LEED certification.

ADR Infrastrutture owns a plant for the packaging of concrete conglomerates with certified FPC system.
ADR Infrastructure has obtained the SOA certification for the execution of public works up to Class VIII (unlimited).
In accordance with current legislation regarding reporting violations in the private sector (so-called whistleblowing), the ADR Group companies provide an IT platform accessible to everyone (employees, third parties, etc.) where reports can be made, including anonymously, in writing and orally. Specifically, reports can be submitted to the Reporting Team using the following alternative channels:
access to the dedicated "Whistleblowing" reporting platform, accessible from the company's institutional website www.adr.it, which ensures the confidentiality of the reporting party, including through electronic means;
verbally by calling the voicemail box at +39 0281480081, entering the code 4289 to identify the ADR Group, and following the voice prompts. The confidentiality of the report is guaranteed by tone distortion and voice tampering systems.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, in addition to the above-mentioned channels, reports submitted in oral form may also be made through a direct meeting with the Reporting Team or with one or more of its members, upon request by the Reporting Person. Such request shall be submitted via the IT platform or by addressing it to one of the members of the Team.
Pursuant to Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, ADR Infrastrutture entrusted a Supervisory Body (SB) with the task of “supervising the functioning, observance and effectiveness of the Model and ensuring its updating”.
The Supervisory Body must be informed of all circumstances relevant to the compliance with and the functioning of the Model as well as of any unlawful conducts or violations of the Model.

In line with the provisions of current legislation on reporting violations in the private sector (so-called whistleblowing), ADR Group Companies provide dedicated channels that guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity (IT platform, e-mail box and postal address) for sending reports, including anonymous ones, to the Team Segnalazioni (an internal collegial body in charge of receiving and managing reports).
